Sample Letter or E-mail to Send to Disney

To all Open Vault Disney members, in this section are sample letters to be used when writing e-mails or letters to Disney.  Feel free to “stick to script” as it were, or change it up slightly to fit your personality, but the important thing is that you write to them as often as you can.

We have three different letters, with the first one more for Disney tv Animation/ “Disney Afternoon” titles, the second for the “Disney Treasures” collection and the third and final as more of a general/ DVD-on-Demand based letter.  Please use all three or just the one or two you care about the most.  The more that are used, the more helpful it will be.

Now, you may get a lot of responses back from Disney essentially saying “thanks, but no thanks,” but despite such responses, you cannot give up.  Please expect such responses when contacting them.  Given enough time and enough effort on our part, we will gain contact from them sooner or later.

Perseverance is key in a campaign like this one.  If we can keep the heat on them and flood their in-boxes, mail boxes, fax machines, and phone boards, sooner or later they will cave and start to listen.
